After just three years in business, Zimmerman Booher wanted to increase awareness of their firm in the Utah legal community. They needed a brand that better reflected their status, expertise, personality and progressive appellate law practice.

Our branding team created a new visual identity and messaging that balances the traditional side of Zimmerman Booher, such as their stellar appellate work, with their non-traditional business model.
WORK
Conducted research with targeted members of the Salt Lake legal community to better understand the perception of Zimmerman Booher in the marketplace.
Facilitated a focus group with the Zimmerman Booher team to understand how they define themselves.
Created a visual identity that better reflects their personality.
Facilitated the creation of letterhead, envelopes, business cards and email signatures with the new brand.
Developed new messaging.
Redesigned their website to reflect the new brand and messaging.
Produced a three-part ad campaign to run in local legal magazines.
RESULTS
Increased brand recall: Immediately after the launch of the ad campaign, the agency received positive brand feedback from members of the Utah legal community.
Website traffic increased by 25% over the prior year, with new users representing over 90% of traffic.
Spikes in website traffic can be mapped to magazine printing timeframes.
